Stop Human Trafficking

You find yourself in that mental moment where you “feel” bored. You are a person blessed to live in a country like England, the U.S., Canada, or in one of the countries of western Europe. You have more than what you need to live and you have “free time.”

You sit at the computer.

You really “have nothing else to do.”

You go to all your routine websites. Check email, facebook, twitter, and a couple of news or sports or shopping sites.

And the thought flashes through your mind. I could go to “that website.” You know the one. It’s got pictures you shouldn’t look at. But you’re bored. No one else is around. It’s just one click away and there you can totally detach from your anxieties and mindlessly enjoy a bit of “entertainment.”

DON’T DO IT! DON’T LET ANYONE STEAL YOUR HEART AND PASSION! Try watching this instead.

Don’t just watch. Don’t just gain knowledge and fail to apply it. Act. If you want more information don’t hesitate to contact me or check out the work being done by PhotoGenX, an amazing YWAM Ministry at the University of the Nations in Kona.

As sailors, we have this training every year. Trafficking in Persons is the name of the course. The Navy has started to take a real round turn on the subject, and I hope that many of my fellow sailors, especially the believers, will take this seriously. I can’t stress enough how important a topic this is. Thank you for mentioning it.

Thanks, Dan, for giving even more gravity to the reality of this travesty.

It’s ugly Bryan. Sometimes we sailors do some nasty stuff, and it’s time it stops.
