Personality Profile

Kevin Bussey clued me in to this site, where you can take a free Myers-Briggs profile. The last time I took this, about three or so years ago through my work I actually tested about 50/50 on the Thinking/Feeling component so I was classified as an ENTP. This time, and on this test, I show much more strongly as a feeling type. So, I suppose I am officially an ENFP, also known as an ADVOCATE. That is very fitting.

I’d encourage you to take the test, especially if you never have! I will return to writing about the things God has been teaching me through our mission trip shortly. :)

Here are some “famous” ENFPs – If only I could be the next Mark Twain, with a Jesus following world view!

Alicia Silverstone – actress (Clueless), fashion model
Andy Kaufman – American entertainer
Andy Rooney – television writer
Bill Cosby – actor, comedian, activist

From that list, as well as what I know of you, these are not mind wimps.

Those tests can be fun.

Bryan, I am about as opposite as can be, though I do have the “F” part. :) That was fun. I wish I could remember what I tested at last time…it has been a while since I did that.

Glad you are back in communications. We cannot wait to hear about your experiences in person.
Reba

Reba, I suppose it shouldn’t surprise me on two counts that we are opposites. First, we do look at things quite differently. Second, Tara is just like you! The exact opposite except on the “F” part, but she is probably closer to a T than me.

We cannot wait to see you and everyone and look forward to sharing pictures and stories!

Ted, you always bless me with your comments. Yes, the tests are fun (probably because they are about our favorite subjects… ourselves), and they also can be useful in learning how to relate to others who are a bit different than we are.

God is so good that He made us all different!
