Bloggers I Plan to Read More of in 2007

Yesterday I highlighted my favorite blogger of 2006, Paul Burleson, and I will always look forward to his next installment.  But here are some bloggers I recently found and that I plan to read more of in the coming year:  Jamie Arpin-Ricci at  (e)mergent voyageurs, Becoming Missional, John Smulo at http://johnsmulo.com, Molly Aley at Adventures in Mercy, and Alan Hirsch at The Forgotten Ways.  Now, this doesn’t mean I think everything they say is perfect or just what I believe; it just means that based on reading them in the last few days as a part of expanding my blogosphere I found them to be insightful and challenging. I think we need to get out of our bubble and engage the whole Church with the hope that God will use each one of us, as we grow closer to Him, to be instruments of change, unity in Christ, and impact for His Kingdom on earth.  Try them out and see what you think.  It seems many bloggers tend to frequent only a limited circle of friends (although I know we also only have a precious amount of time each day).  Enjoy.

Thanks for including me on your list!

Thanks for the encouragement!

Bryan, I read the last post on Adventures in Mercy, “are we the living dead?”
What an eye opener! I actually forwarded it to my pastor.
Thanks for the referrals.

Yes, Molly has wowed me often before. I’m glad you enjoyed her post. Unfortunately for me, I am having additional computer issues and I can’t access her blog now or just about anyone else’s who has a wordpress.com extension. Ugh. :)

Aw, THANKS for the kind words! Shucks! And bummer about the wordpress issues… I like wordpress, but I’m not sure I’d pick it again were I “blog-shopping” again.

Honoured to make the list. Thanks! Peace & blessings for the New Year.

Peace,
Jamie
